The staff of the Sheraton went out of their way to be polite and helpful. I came to Nashville on a business trip and did not know anything about the area. The concierge, a young lady named Shannon or Sharon?, was very helpful and friendly. Same goes with the front desk staff. The hotel is very nice and clean. However, the staff is what really won me over!

I stayed at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown location over the weekend. I have never felt so welcomed at a hotel in my life! The staff really seemed to care about my trip, my stay, and my interests. The front desk clerk asked how my flight was, the concierge printed out maps of the local points of interest and directions and had great suggestions for dinner, and the staff in the restaurant was... more

Will never stay here again. People were rude to me and the 200 a night room looked like a room at motel 6. Dont waste your time or money.
