If you're coming into town for a Chiefs or Royals game, this is a great hotel to stay in. Walking distance to the stadiums and visiting teams often stay in this hotel. The onsite restaurant is a little expensive but good food. Rooms are clean and fairly well updated.

Over all service was terrible, front desk attendant was rude and would never come back. For the price we paid, I would think they could find nice friendly employees.

Roof leaked in hallway on 15th floor in same place as last year. Roof leaked in lobby on ATM machine. When showering the water would just stop running. Would have to wait 5 minutes for water to come back. If someone smoked in another room it came into your room through the ventilation. Old dirty carpets everywhere. Wireless internet worked sometimes. No AC in Ballrooms.
