Coffee maker, hair dryer,& fridge every room. Very comfortable bed\n\nThe morning of checkout, I was in the shower and the largest ROACH dropped down from the ceiling into the tub. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Amenities in room (microwave and refrigerator) were appreciated.\n\nThe room I stayed in (on the 1st floor) was on the small side. Stayed at Dover Sheraton on 2/19/13. Received many bites on face, arms, back, chest, and legs. Reported the bites to the hotel manager once I arrived home. They asked for pictures, and they immediately locked down the room so no one else could stay there. They treated the room to eradicate the bugs, followed up with me, and refunded the cost of my room.
