Although the hotel looks fine/nice, that's where it stops. The service there is horrendous. The front desk rarely answers the phone and if they do its after multiple rings. Once you get someone, they actually put you on hold. I had to wait 10 mins before I could tell someone I would be a late check-in. Rent a car! The hotel has no transportation abilities. The Sheraton is a nice hotel located in the center of downtown baton rouge. Its very close to the casinos and popular bars and restaurants. It is very popular for conventions and large events.
