First Time in the area

Ended up here due to no availability at my usual hotel locations for business in DC. Everything exceeded my expectations. I will now put this hotel in my options for the next trip donw.

Beautiful hotel and Friendly Staff

Great location. Be aware there are no vending machines on the floors. You can purchase snacks in the little store in the lobby, but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS (i.e. $3 for a bag of chips you can buy at a CONVENIENT STORE for $1.50 and a 16oz bottle of water for $3). The TV does not offer a menu of channels. So, if you click on a channel in the middle of a movie, forget about trying to find out...

Good Location

I was happy with the hotel overall however when a problem arose I was very disappointed with how it was handled by the front desk staff. There was virtually no accommodations made.
