I dealt with this Unethical Customer service Rep, Daisy. She claimed to be the owner of the company. She was a nasty lady who cursed me out saying I was "liar b**ch" when I told her I was never told about this charges or it's no where to be found in the contract that I signed. She quoted me $875 for a studio moving. I didn't even have any bedroom set. Her movers broke my TV and dinner set, she refused to provide me with any sort of service. When I even told her that one of the movers was drunk and he's flirting with me, she said she can't do anything about it. She charged me $1,735. I'm a student, I don't have this kind of money. I had to borrow from friends and wipe out my whole bank account. I starved for two days because of her. This is the U.S., can companies like that take people's money and get away with this? SHELLI VAN LINES SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND THEN ROT IN HELL!
I booked Shelli Van lines for a move and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!
They were supposed to arrive at 10am, when we called them at 10:45 they said they would be here in 20 minutes. When they hadnt showed up at 11:20 we called again and they told us 15 min. Then at 12 they told us someone had called during the weekend to cancel the move (pure bs) and then she said they had the move for Wednesday. When I told her it had to move out that day, I understood human error, but that she couldn't let me hanging, and I suggested they could come here later when they were done with their other move, she literally said "I could promise you that, but that would only disappoint you later" and with that she got off the phone.
Service is bad..
people are rude.. Try to get every possible penny from you..

They don't want you to call them to ask status.. If you do, they'll say "Shut up and hang up"...
Don't get deceived by their relocation agents.. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL.. and cheaters..

I liked that the movers also had knowledge of what they were doing, even gave me so tips on a few things. They were great.. These guys are the worst.Take your credit card for deposit,ask for a simple email and don't respond to you in anyway.Asked for very simple things-The price I was quoted-HR Rate-and must important what I was being charged for the deposit.They could not provide me these simplest of things.,than said they would mail it out.waited a week and nothing!Finally emailed this guy Elvin who was assisting...
