We had a wonderful experience with Shelby Upholstering. I called them about my furniture that I loved but was needing a new look. They talked me through the benefits of upholstering my existing furniture in a different fabric that I could choose (so many choices) as opposed to buying new furniture which is not made very well these days. They do a nice job but expect to wait for it. I was told 2 weeks and it took 5. That was also me calling every week. No communication at all. Not one call to tell me what was going on. They are also a little on the expensive side. Its the only place I could find that did uphostery work and refinishing. The work is good but service isn't.
