I have been a patient of Dr Bailey's since 2006 he saved my life finding that I needed a Trache to breathe and have life and when I call to make an appointment his staff gets me in as soon as possible,and once I make it to the exam rooms he tries to be as quick and accurate as possible.

I thought I could trust this doctor, however I was so very wrong. It took 2 months to get biopsy results to know if I had cancer or not. Never once treated me for what I was going through. Very wishy washy on decisions. Told me to clear two months from my work schedule to have a hysterectomy, then told me nothing until two months later that the surgery couldn't be done, but only done so by her...

I would not recommend due to poor scheduling, cancelled appointment, then a call after my 1 star review, that relayed a lie that I had cancelled an appointment. Appointment was 3 weeks out, even though I was in pain. Appointment cancelled and offered another 3 week wait. Excuses but no service. The doctor might be great, I did not get to see him, but his staff certainly IS NOT.

She explains conditions well and spends time with patients answering questions. But, there are long waits to be scheduled and appointments are frequently cancelled and rescheduled on short notice. Wait times in the office are long. There is a long wait to get test results. It takes a long time to hear back from the doctor regarding questions over the phone.
