Not an expert on Fisher Paykell. Mis-diagnosed issue, likely caused short in machine--and then I had to buy a whole new washing machine, instead of getting a (small!) leak repaired. Very nice, responsible guy--so this may have been bad luck on my end.

He was available on Sunday. Reliable. Finished the job on budget and in the timeline he gave. Brian was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. The turnaround time was impressive. I would highly recommend him.

I received a call literally minutes after I submitted my request to Home Advisor and after I explained the scope of the work, I was given the quote and he was able to work the following morning (Saturday). He arrived right on time and was very friendly and did great work. I will definitely hire again for future work.
