If you're the seller, I DO NOT recommend Shedor law firm at all. I wish I could give them negative 100 *.

Most correspondence until closing date is through closing coordinators who are incompetent. They made many errors from the moment I started dealing with them which wasted much of my time chasing their errors. The associate attorney I had corresponded with was also not helpful in...
