I took my two bichons to Shannon's TLC today for grooming. My oldest dog is 10 so I've used a lot of groomers over the years and feel like I have lots of experience to reflect on in this review.

1. I was able to get an appointment one day from when I called. This rarely happens. I was so pleased.

2. Both of my dogs had some tangles and matts in their fur. Shannon & Amanda took over 3 hours...
