I have been here a couple of times. The service is good, but the food (at least for me) has never quite lived up to the reviews I have seen online. I should go with my friend who loves this place. She'll probably know what to order to swing my vote the other way.

For value and friendliness, I recommend Seoul Tofu House two doors down on 6th Ave. They serve a decent portion of rice with each meal and don't charge extra like Shanghai does.
