Jeff from Shands Roofing was very good. He researched what shingles qualified for the gov. rebate & his estimate was reasonable. His roofers seemed to know what they were doing but they apparently were used to working on new construction not someone's home. They left cigarette butts all around my house & yard. I specifically asked if they used the magnet to pick up any nails. I was told yes....
