My apartment has bad plumbing. The air conditioning is going out, my tub is peeling, one of the kitchen sinks doesn't work, the ceiling is peeling and falling on the floor when the apartment gets to humid, holes in the wall and the air conditioning is leaking inside to the carpet is soak in the living room. Nice and quiet, not thee greatest place not the worst. No laundry facility or Washer /Dryer hook ups make for a major inconvenience. The rent makes up for it though.

I am about to move out of Shandon Crossing Apartments, which I have called home for close to 5 years now. I've been going to school, and I am going to finish up school in Arizona. The maintenance staff is alright, the office staff has always been pretty helpful, and I am kind of sad to leave this place, only hoping that where I live in Arizona will come close to this

I am a full time student at Midland's Tech and have lived here for 1 1/2 yrs. I LOVE this location - I can walk to school. And with gas prices - well you know! I have had a few maint issues throught my stay- but I have to commend the staff on a quick response time. For the money I pay for rent - you can't beat it!

This is the worst place i ever lived in.My apartment flood alot.I had alot of roaches.Holes in the wall bathroom always broken and flooding.the staff is nice but they dont listen well to the problems that going on in the apartment.The maint. man alway trying to replace something with old items when he do get to you.they have to call people to come get the water up from floods, but never fix the...
