Bought a bracelet about 6 months ago that broke TWICE even though it was only worn very infrequently. Took it in to be repaired and had to pay for that...not even 3 weeks later it broke again in the SAME spot. Returned to store asking what they can do for me...extremely RUDE and arrogant woman basically says it's MY fault that it's broken (!!!).
