The landscape is beautiful, completely surrounded by trees, which blocks out any noise from the city. The neighbors are also very friendly, which can sometimes be hard to find. I got a single ground level unit with a fireplace. I didn't really want the fireplace, but it was the only ground level unit available. The fireplace makes the main room really awkward to set up, I can only have my couch right behind where the front door opens, creating like a little hallway in my main room.
