Painful experience for my dog, Avoid at all costs!

Not only is this place a filthy pigsty, but the male owner is arrogant, rude and condescending. I took my schnauzer to them and tried to explain how I wanted him cut. The owner became very argumentative and stubborn about how I wanted my dog to be cut. When I went to pick up my dog I saw the exact opposite of what I had asked for. They butchered his beard, shaved his furnishings all the way down, and left his one of his eyebrows twice as long as the other. On top of all that...the idiot groomer used a hot blade without lubrication on him that left my dog with razor burn all over the inside of his hindquarters and private parts. It was so bad that he now has scars on the inside of his legs. I don't know how anyone could recommend this disgusting place.

I love this place and the grooming is very, very good. I only had to explain what I wanted one time, and they did exactly what I wanted. Very nice, professional employees and just a great place...

Shaggy waggle dog grooming at 7925 E 21st St Tulsa ok 74129 I give them a Minus 10. I have a minature schnauzer and this is the 2nd time I went there both times they didn't give him the schnauzer...

Shaggy Waggle is awesome! I took my Shih Tzu in today and he came out BEAUTIFUL! I got a same day appointment, and the ladies there were amazing. They did it all for the cheapest price around...(I called everywhere)

Ok first off i have a big fluffy persian CAT! Finding someone to groom cats that's not 75 bucks is very rare so when i called and May answered the phone and she told me it was going to be 30 i was a???
