Good to Great customer service from everyone you meet there. Dr. Lauren Rubin took the time to explain everything and is very easy to talk to. My vision is still pretty good and I appreciated her not pushing glasses on me yet. They are clean and alcohol everything in the equipment that contacts your face which I appreciated.
