Called ahead 2 weeks for an appointment, they won't take it. I describe what I want done and was told "bring it in first thing and we can complete it in a day, easy". I bring it in, there is only one person in front of me so I am thinking this will be fine. I leave the car and get a ride to work. Around 2:30pm I call them as I asked them to look at the brakes and let me know what needed fixed....
