When you call to inquire, they tell you that they want $20.00 to reserve the space, and when I sign the lease, it will be applied to the first month's rent. They scare you by saying there are very few spaces left and you should reserve it to make sure it isn't rented to someone else.I gave her my credit card, but then, …

I do not recommend. They have changed management and no longer allow you to pay by phone. They are also very difficult to contact and calling them directly sends you to a call service most of the time. These storage units used to be just fine and the lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly but this is not the case anymore.
