Paid for just 3 months plus service told they would come out anytime to check during that 3 mths for no extra charge but kept trying to charge a 35.00 trip charge even if they came unprepared or forgot something they needed????. Forgot the bait stations at first so did not install them until over a week later and plus for an extra 125. For bait traps. Still have mice, bugs, and a varmint living...
