I was recently tasked with talking to Sewell Lexus about (2) extremely bad lease agreements made with the dealership, and subsequently, what, if anything, could be done. The facilities are always clean and the Service Advisers have always been courteous and attentive. The waiting room for customers is well appointed and comfortable.The loaner car program is wonderful.
