I brought in a sweater that needed the elbows reinforced. I was told that it would be ready in two weeks. It was not. Then I was told that it would be ready in another week. It was not. Then I was told that it would be ready the following week. IT WAS NOT! I picked it up and took it to a dry cleaners two doors down that does tailoring.
