The owner was very, very rude. I have been in the store a few times, each time I have had a very bad experience. Today I was going to spend up to 1000.00 on a new machine...there are not many sewing machine shops so I gave "sew much more" another chance. Never again. The owner...I really can't even find the words to describe how unprofessional she was. She acted like she had better things...
