I had an appointment at 10am. At 10:50 I asked how much longer it was going to be. No one knew and no one apologized for the exceedingly long wait. Obvioulsy, I cancelled the appointment. They seem to think you have nothing better to do than wait on their convenience to be seen. Lots of other places close by will take you on time and be pleasant!!! Stay away from these people. I picked up my 2nd trial of contacts and i told them I like my first set of trials so please write me up my prescription. When i compared it to the labels from my trials it was wrong. Make sure the charges are correct. I was told one amount which I paid then when I came to pick up my contacts, there was an additional $30 charge. I asked why I was notified when the error was found, it is not their polcy. The person behind the counter was less than friendly.

Will never return nor will my family and many of my friends that I referred over. BIG MISTAKE!!!
