Beware of this thieving company. They developed a very detailed and excellent proposal for mildew cleanup of ALL areas and personal property in my basement, at the outrageous price of $5100.00. They sent three people who said they were finished after 5 hours (yup, $1000 per hour!) and surprise: they basically only cleaned the wood paneling with visible mildew- left crud all over everything...
