Big no

A technician was dispatched to help us with the furnace. He suggested that the thermostat needed to be changed.

We accepted and changed it, but we still didn't have heat. He suggested that we work on the chimney, which we did, but this didn't fix the problem.

We called back and explained the situation. They claimed that when the technician left we had heat.

The two misdiagnoses (changing the thermostat and working in the chimney) cost us $731.

We chose to call another company..

No Show, No Call Back

Our oil burner turned off 2/4/15. Called SP at 7:40 PM, was told a tech would call back within hour-could not get any other info (rates, time est, etc.). Called back at 8:40 PM, woman advised should receive call within half hour. Half hour later called an individual recommended by Bro-In-Law. 1 Hour later Oil Burner was back in business. Received call from SP next morning 8:20 AM-was told they do not work on oil-burners, only gas burners. So, all in all, a total wipe out regarding SP.

Just had my main drain/sewer line repaired (relined) by Service Professionals. The job was very professional and complete. The techs - Bill Cobb, Tim and Jim worked very well together; cleaned and repaired the drain - and cleaned up all of their supplies and equipment. Man, since we moved in around June 2015, we've used everyone over at Service Professionals: Ron, Christian, James, Bill Cobb, Mike, Matt, Scott Bogda, Rich Cooper, Patrick, Javier, Vissia (who is always helpful over the phone when coordinating) just to name a few ! That's probably 75 percent of their roster !!! Basically we bought a beautiful home in Fanwood, but the house needed a lot of TLC...

absolute waste of time. im sure they will delete this asap. called and made an emergency appt for someone to fix my shower. they said it would be 159.00 for an emergency visit for which i am ok with. guy calls me on the phone without even looking at it and tell me its 650 dollars for him to repair or rebuild it.
