I was t-boned and brought my car here for repairs. Alexis was my rep and I couldn't be happier with her customer service. She kept me updated twice a day and always explained everything with great detail. The work on my car was perfect. Hopefully I won't ever need them again but if I did I will def be back!

Not impressed. Took two weeks longer than original date we were told we'd have our car back. Every day there was something else they needed or had to order or forgot about. Car is driving well so far, but am going to have it checked out by a mechanic as not sure the people there are as competent as …

Following my accident on the freeway and dealing with an insurance company, I was skeptical of the service and work done by Service King. And while my vehicle was ultimately totaled out, I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service received by this location's staff. Keep up the great work!
