I had a bad experience with a salesperson there. While one bad apple does not spoil the whole establishment, It left a sour taste in my mouth. Good luck in the future.

I don't mind waiting an hour..sometimes 2 for an oil change, but I hate being lied to. I asked someone to give me a price on 4 new tires exactly like what is already on the car. He gives me an estimate..says to call ahead of time so he can order it and then I'll get a loaner for the day. That's perfect..except when you get there he tells you that they are going to have to keep your car for 2...

Let me tell you about service Chevrolet Cadillac. The front where you buy the car is very nice and professional, if they guy who sold me my car would move to a different car shop I would buy from him again. Not pushy at all. But what they fail to tell you is that brand new Chevy cars are victims to rodents eating the dang thing. So when you bring your car into the shop that is two months old...
