I’m a single mother and due to circumstances that arose in my life I was not able to keep up with my monthly bills. I fell behind on my credit cards and was working with a debt relief company to negotiate settlements/monthly payments to get out of my debt. While in the program I was served at home on a Sunday with a summons that I was being sued by Discover Card/Mann Bracken. Feeling the pressure I decided that Bankruptcy was my only option. I called around to different law offices/bankruptcy companies but because of my deadline I felt I needed help getting started right away. All the law offices/bankruptcy companies made me feel as though my situation was not a priority. That I was stupid for being worried about the suit filed against me. Then I called Brian Servatius’ law office. I spoke with a live person who informed me that Mr. Servatius would call me later that day to discuss my case. He did indeed call me that day and arranged a consultation for two days later at a time that was convenient for me (not during business hours). He told me what to bring, I went in for my consultation, signed the paperwork and he filed my bankruptcy paperwork the very next day so that I was under bankruptcy protection which would stop all legal proceedings/wage garnishments against me. He came to my bankruptcy meeting of the creditors and assisted me with filing the paperwork to allow me to keep my car. He walked me through everything, he kept in contact with me and three months later I received my discharge. I also want to mention the fact that he also worked with me for allow for a payment arrangement that I can work with. I would recommend Brian Servatius to anyone who has gotten themselves into the same predicament I got myself into.

Brian was very nice and experienced. He always answered my questions personally. I never had to deal with a paralegal. I felt like he was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.
