Gave loved ones remains in a “ziplock” literally unwrapped bag. Placing them on counter unwrapped. Love one who picked up the cremated remains was extremely emotionally upset. Caused unnecessary distress that care,respect and a compassionate simple boxing would have avoided. I was deeply disturbed.
