Extremely casual, walk up to the counter and order. Casual not to be confused with gruff; practically everyone you deal with is friendly. Free chips and salsa are a plus, refills are allowed/tolerated. Basically, all of the little things are there. Of course, that would be nothing without good food. I've been a few times each to both the downtown and eagle rock locations of Senor Fish, and both are equally yummy. If you order your seafood grilled instead of fried, it manages to be a lunch feast of Mexican food that won't leave you slumped over your desk at for the rest of the day.
