They had to come out 3 times. The first time the carpets didn't get Cleaned. The 2nd time they sprayed and left the carpets so wet it soaked a towel I put down. When I finally called and talked to the manager, he had them come back and instead of vacuuming up the water, they left 3 dryers. Our carpets are now ruined. Be careful if you use this company.

This is the second time I have had this company clean my carpets and as pleased as I was the first time, I'm even more so now.
