I have gone to this salon many times and must admit, I have had wonderful experiences. The owner has a good sense of humor and is a joy to talk with. The staff is professional and the services of quality. The salon is conveniently located. I always feel pampered when I leave.

I posted the review below. The salon owner has since apologized for the bad service and has been more than generous in her efforts to "make it right". She assures me that my experience was atypical. I am scheduling a brand new appointment and giving this salon/spa another shot.

The head stylist, Emily Matthews Goler, will bully and intimidate you into letting her choose your hairstyle. The spa services were wholly inadequate. Her staff did not know their own packages, the esthetician refused to do extractions during the facial saying "she didn't have the tools," the nail technician left parrafin wax on my toes and the polish peeled off before I got home.
