They ruined my wife's pants. When she tried to show them they denied doing it and then tried to blame her.
They later called her and told her that they felt that they left things on a "sour note". They told her that for an additional $20.00 they'd fix them.
There are plenty of good, reputable dry cleaners around town. I'd suggest that you find one and stay way clear of this place!!
I have been using them for 2 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is helpful and efficient, customer service is great. I use them weekly for laundry and dry cleaning and they have never made a mistake yet. Highly recommended.
