They were unprofessional in that I was scheduled to have my carpets cleaned for a home move out and the day of the appointment they were a no show. They did not call and give me any explanation. I originally called Security Carpet Cleaners in 2009 to clean my 5 bedroom home as we were moving and converting it to a rental. Eric Cervantes was very fliexible with scheduling, did an excellent job and has reasonable prices. I called Security Carpet Cleaners out because my children split red koolaid all over the living room and I never thought that it was going to get out. The gentle man that came out was a god sent. He got all the red stains out and my carpet looked brand new. I thought that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. But they where reasonable and I just wanted to say thank you Security Carpet.

This is the worst carpet cleaner I have ever seen in my life. I won't recommend these idiots to anyone. They are cheaters. Look for someone else if want to see your house cleaned.

I have never written a bad review for a company until now.

Bottom line, they did a poor job, refused to fix it & were unprofessional. I have never been treated so disrepectfully by a company. I deeply regret using them.
