At Sebastian's, diners can enjoy the ambiance of a Manhattan steakhouse in the heart of downtown Morristown. Set in a 130-year old building with exposed brick walls in the dining room, Sebastian's offers fine cuisine in a relaxed, contemporary atmosphere. The restaurant specializes in prime steaks and a large selection of fresh seafood, which are cooked to perfection and exceptionally presented by CIA-graduate Chef Dean Piccolo. All beef is USDA prime beef, and is dry-aged on the premises. An extensive wine list offers the perfect accompaniment to Sebastian's wide ranging menu, which includes veal, lamb, chicken and pork dishes. Also presented each evening are an ever changing, yet equally delightful menu of daily specials. The exceptional food, attantive service and metropolitan ambiance have made Sebastian's a local favorite and a regional draw.

My steak that I ordered medium was burnt to a crisp. The manager walks around the restaurant and makes you feel uncomfortable it was a bad experience to say the least
