this place is great
i have been going to sebastians for years and all of a suddan i saw it on kitchen nightmares..WHY? So i went in to talk with sebastian and asked him about the show and he and his staff told me that they got a lot of money and the show is fake. he took my two friends and i around the kitchen and we didn't see anything frozen or a microwave. Sebastian said the microwave was brought in from the crew. we will continue to go to sebastians because his food is awsome and fresh. I am not a friend but a loyal customer and i sugest that if you have not been you should go try it for yourself rather than to believe a REALITY TV show. KEEP MAKING THAT GREAT FOOD SEBASTIAN

The flavor combinations are diverse, from the French Onion (sautéed onions and Swiss cheese) to the Great Greek (feta...

No I've never eaten at Sabastians, but I think I know a foolish egotist when I see one. Too bad because Chief Gordon could have turned around this establishment if the owner would have let him. The staff tried hard to change and the cook/manager Lou came across as a winner and an all out sincere employee. I think Sabastian was hoping Chief Ramsey would swoon over his food and give "Sabastians"...

Bad service, bad food and beer served at a cracklingh cold 70 degrees made this place a must to avoid!

Yes, it is unfair to review a restaurant based on a TV show, you are actually reviewing the TV show. But some reality does come through. Anyone who knows anything about this Chef Ramsey guy knows what he's getting into. He's going to bring in a complete re-vamp, not a tweak. He addresses the strengths and points out (rather forcefully) the weaknesses.
The biggest problem most of these guys...
