Professional, friendly and willing to spend time explaining things. Seemed like the friendly service of yesteryear when service people were not rushed and in a hurry. He really took his time, explained things and showed me how to fix it myself in the future. that is what i call customer service.

The install took a little longer than expected.They came out one day and placed the heater and hooked up the gas ,then did not come back for three days to hook up the water.
