Sent a price match request on two Saeco machines - one on Amazon and another at Costco. Did not price match on either machine. No attempt to counter offer. They did respond within an hour - fast. However, I am not all that savy concerning these machines and found 2 cheaper prices fairly easily...seems like false advertising in their policy to me even if in the small print they reserve the... more

I had an Ascosa Dream Machine Espresso Machine that required repair, it was outside warranty and I do not live within the Seattle Metro area.
