This is the owner and operator of Seasonal Emporium. Quite frankly, I have no idea who these people are. One says we were there in the summer working on a problem then allowed to also install a pellet stove? Let's be real! Who would allow us to mess one thing up then allow us to mess another one up after saying "multiple times for the same problem since it wasn't correct the first...

Very unprofessional. Had to have workers come to my house MULTIPLE times for the same problem since it wasn't corrected the first time. After failing the third time it was time to bring someone else in. Threw out around a thousand for that and the real problem was a simple fix completed by a real professional. Service was actually completed. Two weeks later customer broke another part on his unit and wanted us to repair without charging for it. We chose not to return.
