Just got back from a few nights here and was pleasantly surprised by this small motel. Room was nice and very modern.. great size for the double queens. Bathroom was a good size, and there was a separate walk-in space as the closet (quite large). Owner was friendly as needed to be but not very warm... I'm sure it's because...

We lived in the South Bay for thirty years, and were looking for a nice and affordable place to stay when returning to the area to visit friends. The Seaside Motel is quiet and clean, the owners are friendly and it is perfectly located for seeing old friends! We've already booked our second stay there in a few months.

The manager welcomed us very friendly and is very helpfull.
The motel is situated, just 2 miles from the beach and actualy all needed shops/restaurants are in the neighbourhood, within 10 minutes drive max.
The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is well maintained.
So if you have to be in this LA area, don't look any further...

Owner was very nice upon check-in, recommending restaurants and things to do. The location is close to airport, beaches and highway. Room was small but had all the basic necessities. Very clean and quite comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

I made this reservation last minute when we decided it would be smarter to sleep close to the airport to avoid a long drive before an early flight. The staff was friendly, the room was small and clean, recently remodeled. We felt safe enough in the neighborhood to walk four blocks to grab dinner, and it was a quiet area....
