The course is just ok, nothing special. Greens were average for this area. Quite a few sand traps. Many tee boxes are mounded in the center. You can't find a level place on 3 or 4 boxes. This is NOT a Pet friendly area. They have a man who is part time living at Seascape and part time Kentucky. He traps the TNR cats and they are never seen again. He and the HOA association do not understand the value of TNR's. They keep rodents at bay and do not destroy your property. They are treated medically and are spayed or neutered. He/they have no regard for animal life. Please do...
If it was not for the greens the rating would have been a one / terrible. Tee boxes, fairways, roughs..were forgotten; i.e. very poor condition. Part of the problem is the maintenance personnel were just in groups doing nothing but "visiting" with one another.
Paid unbelievably low price for a round of decent golf. Course in so-so shape, some moments of brilliance and then others of disappointment. But you can't beat the bargain for the dollar.
