When you get a appliance that is dented and scratched from the manufacturer you have to pick up the new one and bring the crap one back. Really who does that. Customer service amazing..... Not at all.

I have purchased MANY items here over the last 15 years and the experience has always been wonderful. Stoves, Lawnmowers, Refrigerators, Tools, A/C units... All still running. Thanks Shawn and Deanna...

We bought all of our appliances for our new house from Sears in Wisconsin Rapids and I just bought a rolling tool chest for Mark for Father's Day. The staff at this store are always very helpful. They always take time to explain their new products to me..even though I have a hundred questions.
