Called in and gave Model # for part, drove all the way to Dallas to pick it up and I get home and it's the wrong part. I have tried calling in and no one ever answer's the phone.

So i took in my lawn mower over 3 weeks ago. still havent gotten it back and called last week. was told it would be ready on friday. still dont have it. called today and was told its not ready and wont be for some time. find a different location for repairs and/or sales.

Well this is not good Bought a lawn mower the high end self propelled and it dies in less than a year now they want me to take it to some place miles away and then they are going to take it to the repair place 2 blocks from my house
