Pleasant suprise
I needed a motor coupler for my washing machine...instead of waiting for it and paying for overnight shipping, I found them on Google maps, gave them a call (the 800 number does work...it's annoyance isn't worth dropping them a few stars). It's an actual store, not a parts counter like I thought it would be. My part was fairly common and the gentleman pointed me in the right direction...
