Horrible customer service, incompetent sales reps, gave us opened products without all the parts, didn't mail the parts until a week later, you have to call customer support center and wait 30 minutes to get connected to anyone, who doesn't help you. Don't waste your time or money, seriously.

This store is OK - hard to get help from a sales person - they were there, but busy talking. Parking is a bit weird - on two levels with one being where you can pick things up. The pickup area is fairly easy as long as there are not a lot of people there ahead of you. Selection is just "fair" - I've seen better Sears stores.

I went to Sears today at the Asheville Mall to purchase a 'made in America' tool brand Loggerhead Wrench. I was sure to do my research first. just want to say that this department came to our rescue with such kindness and precision.On a holiday week-end in a state of panic over broken glasses..two wonderful ladies in the Sears on tunnel rd.AVL took care of the problem in NO time!!
