I have six appliances under repair contract with Sears. I made an appointment for annual maintenance check up. One Technician showed up on time completed check on the refrigerator then left saying the remaining appliances would be checked by other techs. This was the second attempt to solve low ice maker performance and inadequate cooling issues. The first service replaced the rear panel in the freezer which was supposed to fix the design issue that rendered the ice maker fan inoperable by the addition of a defrost element that prevents ice build up around the fan, thus burning out the fan motor.

I always call Sears repair service for major appliance repairs because they have been constantly excellent in ease of setting appointments, reliability, and professionalism. It doesn't matter where you bought your appliance either!

I tried calling 5 times Sunday and their site has the HR Department phone listed which isn't opened. I called Auto and was given the main number. The computer asked what department and I said Arts & Crafts it said Auto and I said no so it sent me to auto. They tried to transfer me to the main number and no answer.
