I have had the absolute worst time ever just trying to get a replacement part for an incorrect part that Sears sold me. It's been a nightmare and I can't get through to the appliance department for help.

I've been very impressed with this Sears store, especially the repair service. I had an issue with my receipt and Leroy, the manager on duty helped get me back on track. The repair was complete in less than a week.

This Sear sell defective tires that will have crack on the side wall and slow leak from the side in 1 WEEK. They will not exchange or refund you unless you buy the road side hazard and they will not work with on getting a discount tires because you just paid 600 for 4 defective tires.
