Melinda is the BEST in lawn and garden.She is extremely helpful.Sears is the ONLY place I patron for appliances and lawn care equipment.

This is in reference to the mattress department. The saleslady was pushy, followed me around, and would not give a straight answer to my questions. It really turned me off. In July 2011, I purchased a Kenmore over-range microwave, model 721.85032010, manufactured in May 2011. One week after the warranty expired, it stopped heating and the turntable stopped working. A microwave should last longer than one year.  I requested a replacement in writing, but have not gotten a reply. I tried calling the local Sears store, but it is no longer in business.
